About The Role

Driven by a commitment to customer and clinical excellence, the Associate Sales Representative plays a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service and tailored solutions to surgeons and healthcare professionals. The role supports Arthrex’s comprehensive product portfolio across Sports Medicine, Extremities and Trauma, Capital Consumables, and Orthobiologics.

- Develop effective relationships and liaise with surgeons and theatre staff; promote the sale of products/solutions that address customer pain points
- Identify customer needs and optimise opportunities, including generating leads and presenting product information
- Provide in‑theatre clinical support during cases, deliver in‑service for customers, and support new product launches
- Develop and implement strategic territory sales and performance plans





About The Requirements

- Formal qualifications and/or experience within a healthcare‑related environment would be highly advantageous
- Exceptional team player and a long‑term, relationship‑based sales approach
- Ability to think strategically and constructively challenge customers
- Excellent communication, time management and prioritisation skills
