Opportunity Overview
Palladium is seeking expressions of interest from experienced and motivated professionals to join our growing talent pool for upcoming opportunities across the Asia‑Pacific region (APAC). This Expression of Interest aims to build Palladium's APAC Talent Pool of experienced technical professionals who are interested in being considered for future program and corporate opportunities across the region.

Background
Palladium delivers large, complex donor‑funded programs across the Asia‑Pacific region and regularly engages experienced international development professionals for future technical, operational and senior leadership roles. We are particularly interested in professionals who are client‑focused, adaptable, and confident working in dynamic, cross‑cultural environments, with a strong commitment to delivering high‑quality development outcomes and impact.
About the Opportunities
- Health - Provide technical expertise and advisory support across public health, health systems strengthening, service delivery, policy development, health financing, workforce development, and health program implementation.
- Education - Support the design, delivery, and management of education initiatives,
including education policy, systems strengthening, curriculum development, teacher capacity building, inclusive education, and learning outcomes improvement. Roles may be short‑term or long‑term, in‑country or remote, depending on program requirements.
About You
- Demonstrated experience working in international development across the Asia‑Pacific region, ideally within managing contractor or consulting environments.
- Proof of delivering or managing complex initiatives and coordinating effectively across multiple stakeholders, partners, and counterparts.
- Robust understanding of donor‑funded programs, with experience working with DFAT, FCDO, USAID, ADB, World Bank, MFAT or similar donors highly regarded.
- Ability to operate effectively in diverse, cross‑cultural and fast‑paced environments, adapting to changing contexts and priorities.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex issues and communicate them clearly to diverse audiences.
- Excellent written communication skills, with experience producing high‑quality reports and briefing materials in clear, accessible language.
- Clear commitment to high‑quality delivery and achieving sustainable, measurable development outcomes.
