Graduate Physiotherapist – Better Rehab Graduate Program 2027

The Graduate Program is built by clinicians for clinicians, offering structure, mentorship, and a multidisciplinary team backing to set you up for long‑term success beyond your graduate year.

The Role
Working across Penrith, you will support NDIS participants aged 6–65 years across a varied community caseload, including neurological conditions, spinal cord injuries, multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, and motor neuron disease. This community‑based role involves delivering functional, participant‑led therapy across homes, day centres, parks, and clinic spaces.
- Complete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plans
- Build long‑term relationships and see real progress
- Work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team
Graduate Program Details
Structured support is central to our program:
- Graduate‑specific induction week covering NDIS, community practice,
and life at Better Rehab
- 1:1 discipline‑specific supervision
- Six months of structured induction, training, and upskilling
- Four paid study leave days per year
- Laptop, phone, and fully resourced therapy kits
Flexibility & Rewards
- Better Flex Policy – flexible schedule and the ability to flex off once client work is complete
- Clear, achievable KPIs

- Paid parental leave – 8 weeks (primary), 2 weeks (secondary)
- Travel reimbursement at 92c per kilometre

Qualifications
- Physiotherapy qualification (graduating in 2026 or January 2027)
- Passion for supporting people with disability
- Driver’s licence and own vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
