Infinity Group is expanding Infinity Insurance with a Broker Support Administration Officer in Melbourne, VIC. This full time, permanent role combines policy processing, compliance, and cross-team coordination to support ~4,500 clients.
You’ll work with brokers and the claims team to deliver end-to-end service, build scalable admin processes, and help the division scale nationally. Hybrid work: 3 days WFH, 2 days in the office.
