As a experienced Part Time Property Manager at Found and Sorted Real Estate, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining a port folio of residential properties predominantly in the Fremantle area along with some in the greater surrounding suburbs. This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective operation of all aspects of property management, from tenant relations, leasing, maintenance and compliance.
Core duties include marketing vacancies, screening applications, liaising with tradies for maintenance requirements, actively sourcing and marketing to secure new managements.
Currently holding a Property Management Registration required along with Driver's License and own car.
Petrol and car maintenance subsidised.
