We are looking for motivated, passionate individuals who are keen to work as volunteers at Untitled Group festivals and events. We primarily hire volunteers for our camping festivals, Beyond The Valley and Pitch Music & Arts, but you could have the opportunity to volunteer across lots of other festivals and events.

The inherent requirements of the roles we hire for include the use of basic technology (e.g. radios, tablets, computers), transparent communication skills (reading, writing, speaking), and the capacity to work extended hours outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. Most roles involve being on your feet (e.g. standing or walking) for extended periods, and working in high sensory environments (e.g. loud music, flashing lights, large crowds). As most of our festivals operate 24/7, or at least late into the night, shifts may occur during daytime, evening or overnight hours. If you have access needs or require adjustments to meet these requirements, we encourage you to let us know in the event application process.

About you

You are enthusiastic, reliable and ready to contribute to a positive festival experience. You enjoy working as part of a team,



communicate clearly and are comfortable engaging with patrons in a busy environment.

No previous festival experience is required. We are looking for people with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. You must be comfortable working outdoors and completing shifts that may include daytime, evening or overnight hours.
