The Role They’re seeking a part-time OT (around 3 days per week) who enjoys variety and is open to working across the lifespan. The caseload is roughly 50/50 paediatrics and adults , with room to build a niche over time as referrals grow.

Subcontractors will also be considered

What you’ll be doing

- Community-based therapy across Southern Adelaide and surrounding areas
- Functional assessments and practical intervention plans
- NDIS and private work
- Reporting and admin completed remotely, with WFH available for report writing
- Autonomy day-to-day, with support when you need it

What you’ll be doing

What’s on Offer

- $80,000 to $110,000 + super (FTE), pro-rata for part time
- Sustainable KPIs: around 4 billables per day (often 2 to 3 clients per day)
- Achievable bonus structure tied to sustainable targets
- PD allowance up to $2,000 per year
- Fuel allowance: $0.99 per km (capped)
- Flexible scheduling with remote admin and WFH report writing
- Wellbeing-focused culture with openness to RDOs and mental health days
- Genuine growth potential as the practice expands toward a community-based MDT model

Requirements

- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Full Australian working rights

Additional information

- 4 billables per day with time built in for travel and reports
- Flexible diary + remote admin + WFH for report writing
- Up to $2,000 PD + fuel allowance + additional bonuses
