Maxima has been engaged to recruit a Facilities and Grounds Assistant for a Northeastern suburb’s client. The role is newly created and a 12-month contract with potential to extend. Hours are 8:00 am–4:00 pm on Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri; Tue 10:00 am–6:30 pm.
You’ll ensure offices and facilities are protected, clean and welcoming for all users. Key duties include minor repairs, maintenance of buildings and grounds, coordinated team support, event setup/pack down, and basic IT/AV setup and PA system support.
