THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently seeking enthusiastic Bar & Gaming Attendants to join our team based in Western Sydney. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming environment for our guests.

Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
- Serving beverages and food in a timely and qualified manner
- Handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Responding to guest enquiries and resolving issues on the gaming floor
- Performing basic maintenance and service on poker machines
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the venue

ABOUT YOU

As a driven, passionate and focused individual you will possess the following attributes, experience and skills:





- Must have a current RSA and RCG certification (ARCG highly regarded)
- Previous bar and gaming experience
- Strong communication skills & team player
- Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays
- Ability to work across multiple locations in Western Sydney
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
