Chef
We are seeking a qualified Chef who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in preparing high-quality food.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook quality Italian dishes
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Assist with food preparation, stock control, and kitchen organisation
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
- Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation
Requirements
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
- At least one year of commercial kitchen experience preferred, but not essential for the right candidate
- Passion for cooking and willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable and able to work well within a team
- Positive understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
Job Ready Program (JRP) Support
We are happy to support eligible chefs undertaking the Job Ready Program (JRP) as part of their skills assessment pathway. If you are on a temporary visa and require an employer to complete your JRP, we welcome your application.
Front of House Staff
We're also looking for friendly and energetic Front of House team members who enjoy providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests
- Take food and beverage orders
- Serve food and drinks professionally
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment
Requirements
- Previous hospitality experience preferred
- Barista (coffee making) skills are highly regarded
- Cocktail making experience is preferred
- Current RSA certificate
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Well-presented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
