We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team at Plant Access Pty Ltd in Burton, South Australia. We are seeking a casual teammember. The role will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our operations, ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day activities.
What you'll be doing
- Providing general administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and filing
- Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and efficient manner
- Assisting with the coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Managing office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and maintained
- Supporting the implementation of office procedures and policies
- Performing other administrative tasks as required to support the team
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role, ideally within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills,
both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous manner
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Flexibility and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks as needed
