Are you a compassionate and reliable Disability Support Worker looking for a rewarding role where you can make a meaningful difference every day?

Kanda is currently seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team in Croydon . This is an opportunity to provide high-quality, person-centred support to a client requiring high physical support , including assistance with manual handling and hoist transfers.

We are looking for reliable team members who are available for short morning and evening shifts , with the opportunity to work alongside an established support team.

About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide support with:

- High physical support needs, including manual handling and hoist assistance
- Personal care and daily living activities
- Supporting the participant’s independence and wellbeing
- Meal preparation and household tasks
- Following safe manual handling practices and support plans
- Working collaboratively with other support staff and the participant’s support network

Available Shifts

Monday to Friday:





- 9:00am – 11:00am
- 7:30pm – 9:30pm

About You

You will have:

- Previous experience in disability support, particularly with manual handling
- Experience supporting clients with high physical support needs
- A calm and patient approach
- Solid communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- A commitment to providing respectful, person-centred care
- A valid P2 or Open Driver Licence
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check
