Yarra Valley Toyota currently has an chance for an enthusiastic, multi-skilled admin candidate to join us, performing all things Reception across our site.

Responsibilities include:

- Meet & greet all showroom customers/visitors
- Answering & directing incoming calls
- Distribute calls and messages accurately
- Ensuring the presentation of the Reception/guest area is best in class
- Maintaining office consumables & supplies
- Various admin tasks for our Sales and Service Departments, including VicRoads & vehicle transfer administration

To be successful you will possess:

- Positivity & a proactive can do approach
- Experience in a reception role managing high volume calls and visitors




- A professional telephone manner and personal Customer facing presentation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong administrative background/knowledge
- Organisational skills
- Sound computer skills – incl. proficiency in Outlook, Word & Excel
- Automotive Industry experience is highly regarded
