We're looking for a motivated Storeperson / Labourer to join our Sunshine Coast team based in Beerwah .
This is a diverse role that combines warehouse responsibilities with assisting our installation crews when required. No two days are the same.
About the Role
Your primary responsibility will be ensuring our warehouse operates efficiently and remains organised. Once the warehouse is under control, you'll assist our installation teams on-site with general labouring duties.
Warehouse Responsibilities
- Receiving and checking deliveries
- Picking and preparing stock for upcoming installations
- Loading and unloading company vehicles and trailers
- Operating a forklift safely
- Maintaining accurate stock levels
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and efficient
- Managing recycling, rubbish removal and general warehouse housekeeping
- Assisting with deliveries to job sites when required
- Identifying stock shortages and communicating with the office
In office Responsibilities
- Unloading materials from trailers
- Preparing and staging solar panels and equipment
- Assisting electricians and installers as directed
- Site clean-up throughout and at the completion of installations
- Helping ensure jobs run efficiently and safely
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Current Forklift Licence
- Current Driver's Licence
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour
- Strong organisational skills
- Reliable with a great work ethic
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Highly Regarded:
- Experience in warehousing or stores
- Construction or trade labouring experience
- Solar industry experience (not essential)
