Your Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship Management: Act as the key advisor to a diverse portfolio of SMEs,



delivering proactive business advisory and tax solutions.
- Technical Compliance: Prepare and review complex tax returns (DIV7A, PSI, DNCL, FBT) and annual financial statements.
- Strategic Advisory: Analyze financial data and advise business owners on budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and structural planning.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and training to intermediate/junior staff, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.

What You Need to Succeed:

- Experience: 5+ years’ experience in Australian Public Practice.
- Qualifications: CA/CPA qualified or close to completion.
- Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Xero, MYOB, and automated workpaper systems.
- Attributes: Solid communicator, proactive, and genuinely client-focused.
