- Minimum 6 years' SAP functional consulting experience .
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Experience supporting SAP ECC 6.0 production environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
- Experience preparing functional specifications and supportingSAP enhancements.
- Good understanding of end-to-end business processes and SAPintegration.
- Experience with change management, transports and testingactivities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management andproblem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectivelywithin a cooperative team environment.
- SAP Certification in PM/EAM, MM or SD.
- Experience within Utilities, Energy or Infrastructureindustries.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
- Experience working across both BAU support and projectdelivery.
