We are partnering with a leading organisation undertaking a major Salesforce transformation and are seeking a Senior Change Consultant to play a critical role in driving adoption, capability uplift, and business readiness across a large-scale implementation. This is a 12-month contract opportunity which is hybrid working based in Adelaide.

You will lead the change and adoption strategy for a complex Salesforce program, working closely with delivery, business stakeholders, and end users to ensure the platform is embedded effectively and delivers measurable business value. This role requires someone who can operate hands‑on across change delivery, training design, and stakeholder engagement in a fast‑paced, consulting‑led environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end change management activities across a Salesforce implementation, with a robust focus on Service Cloud
- Design and deliver human‑centred change strategies that drive engagement, adoption, and behavioural change
- Develop high-quality learning solutions, including instructional design, training materials, and enablement plans
- Leverage Salesforce in-platform features (e.g. In-App Guidance) to enhance user experience and productivity




- Partner with business stakeholders to assess impacts, map processes, and embed new ways of working
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aligned to business process optimisation
- Work across both public and private sector environments, adapting approach to suit context

About You

- Proven, hands‑on experience delivering change within Salesforce implementation programs (Service Cloud highly regarded)
- Strong background in human‑centred change methodologies and user adoption strategies
- Demonstrated expertise in instructional design and learning development
- Experience utilising Salesforce productivity and adoption tools such as In-App Guidance
- Consulting background with strong business process improvement capability
- Experience working across both public and private sector organisations
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
