The Woorabinda Multipurpose Health Service (MPHS) is the community's primary healthcare provider, delivering 24/7 emergency care, inpatient and residential aged care, allied health, pharmacy, dental, mental health, alcohol and other drug services, and a broad range of community health programs.With an exciting expansion underway to create a modern 14-bed residential aged care facility and consolidate services into a single purpose-built location, the service is growing to better meet the needs of the community.About the role:Inspire and support a multidisciplinary team, creating a positive, collaborative culture where staff feel valued, supported and empowered to provide exceptional care.Partner with the Director of Nursing to provide strong clinical leadership, ensuring safe, patient-centred care and high professional standards across the service.Shape the future of the service by driving continuous improvement, strengthening workforce capability and embracing opportunities for innovation in rural healthcare.Build a stable, resilient workforce through effective recruitment, rostering and mentoring, helping ensure the community has access to high-quality care now and into the future.About you:Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA and a current practising certificate is mandatory; post graduate qualifications are advantageous.Advanced clinical knowledge and experience in acute care, aged care and multidisciplinary service delivery,
