We're looking for an ambitious and relationship-driven Asset Finance Broker to join our Adelaide team based in Prospect.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Asset Finance Broker, Commercial Finance Broker or motivated finance professional looking to take the next step in their career.

You'll work with a consistent pipeline of quality opportunities, helping clients secure finance solutions across motor vehicles, commercial equipment, business assets and personal lending.

With the support of an experienced administration team, strong referral networks and industry-leading technology, you'll spend your time providing expert advice, building lasting client relationships and growing your own portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify client needs and recommend tailored asset, commercial and personal finance solutions
- Convert enquiries into successful finance applications and settlements
- Work closely with our dedicated Asset Finance Support team, who will assist with application processing, documentation and settlement coordination
- Collaborate with our mortgage, accounting and financial planning teams to deliver holistic client outcomes
- Liaise with lenders and suppliers to negotiate the best possible outcomes for clients
- Proactively manage your client pipeline while building long-term referral and client relationships
- Consistently achieve individual and team performance targets while delivering an exceptional client experience

What We're Looking For

- Experience in asset finance, commercial finance, consumer lending or banking (highly regarded)
- Alternatively, a proven sales background with a genuine desire to build a career in finance




- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and solid work ethic
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Confidence working towards sales targets and KPIs
- Strong computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new systems
- A collaborative mindset with a positive attitude and desire to be part of a high-performing team
