We’re seeking a driven Marine Planner on an 8/6 roster FIFO Perth to Cape Preston to support our Port Maintenance Planning team.

In this role you will report to the Senior Planner and co-ordinate with stakeholders. You will implement best practice administrative processes to facilitate effective maintenance across our Port Operations.

In this role you’ll be responsible for:

- Develop and validate maintenance plans, ensuring alignment with operational strategies and business plans.
- Coordinate accurate and up-to-date SAP data, specifically related to maintenance tasks.
- Manage contractor engagements and support requests, optimizing vendor selection and cost factors.
- Prioritize and schedule maintenance activities to maximize Vessel availability.
- Foster positive relationships through effective communication and consultation.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement in maintenance processes.
- Assist with day-to-day tasks and maintain area rosters, including travel coordination.

To be successful in the role you must have:

- Trade or Engineering qualification, or significant maintenance related industry experience.
- A current Drivers licence




- Hold or ability to obtain a Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in SAP, MS Project, Excel and preferably Marine Plant Maintenance systems.
- Understanding of workplace health & safety, environmental procedures, legislation, and management systems.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in operational roles in a comparable industry.
- Marine experience including DNV-GL, Lloyds Register, and survey requirements preferred.
