What will you be doing?
A Front Office All Rounder truly influences the first impressions of our Guests and are responsible for performing the following tasks;
- Welcoming and fulfilling the check-in process for Guests and group arrivals
- Completing the check-out process for departing guests using the hotel systems
- Welcoming our executive guests in the executive lounge, providing warm and friendly service
- Providing support in concierge, managing guest’s luggage and showing guests to their rooms
- Managing effectively and efficiently guest requests
- Maximizing sales revenues through up selling and marketing programs
