Assistant Accountant / Osbourne Park / $50.00 - $55.00 per hour / Temporary Position / Mining Services / Onsite Parking

An award‑winning mining services company with sites in Australia and internationally is looking to recruit a skilled temporary Assistant Accountant. This is a recent position and is likely to become permanent. The purpose of the role will be to assist the Finance Manager with general accounting tasks. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure with a leading WA company.

Key Duties

- Bank reconciliations
- Processing supplier invoices
- Perform supplier reconciliations
- Process intercompany payments & reconciliations
- Processing Accounts Receivable remittances daily and customer statements every month.
- Monitor and action the accounts inbox
- Other ad‑hoc administrative duties as required.

- Experience of being in a similar position
- Confident with accounts receivable & reconciliations
- Confident with Pronto
- Excellent communications
- High attention to detail
