With exciting growth ahead, an exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join the Perri Cutten team.

Based in Malvern and reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in bringing our seasonal campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, events and brand activations to life. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing creativity with strong organisation and execution.

You will have hands-on involvement across email and SMS marketing, influencer partnerships, events, campaign coordination, social media, retail marketing and photoshoot execution, helping ensure Perri Cutten continues to deliver a premium customer experience across every touchpoint.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and execute EDM and SMS campaigns, including planning, approvals, testing, scheduling and performance insights
- Support influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, gifting programs and campaign reporting
- Assist with customer events, store openings, VIP nights, fashion showcases and brand activations
- Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, asset coordination and marketing calendar management
- Assist with social media posting, scheduling and community management
- Partner with stores and shopping centres on local marketing initiatives, promotions and centre relationships
- Coordinate campaign and eCommerce photoshoots,



including talent, product, locations, schedules and image delivery
- Manage marketing invoices, budget tracking, competitor activity and marketing reporting

Qualifications & Advantages

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Marketing Coordinator role
- Experience managing email marketing (EDM) campaigns and customer communications
- Exposure to SMS marketing platforms and campaign execution
- Prior experience in socials / content creation (highly desirable)
- Experience coordinating events, activations or brand experiences
- Experience working with influencers, ambassadors or brand partnerships
- Passion for women's fashion and premium brands
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- A proactive, collaborative and hands-on approach
