MACA is seeking a permanent HSEQ Administrator to join our team at the Gruyere Gold Project on a permanent FIFO 8:6 roster. Reporting to the HSEQ Superintendent, your day-to-day tasks will include a blend of operational and administrative duties. You will play a key role in ensuring the projects mine safety management systems operate effectively while providing high level of support to the site‑based HSEQ team.

Qualifications

- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety qualifications and/or studying or completed a tertiary qualification in Occupational Health & Safety.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role within the relevant industry sector.
- Highly competent with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with incident management databases and any exposure to HSE systems will be highly regarded (InControl INX, SafetyCulture & PowerBi).
- Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail, and good interpersonal skills; able to manage deadlines and prioritise workload demands.




- Ability to manage sensitive, private, and confidential information and records.
- Ability to work in a close‑knit, agile team environment.
