Partner Support Specialist

We are seeking a Partner Support Specialist to join a high‑performing team supporting a global technology leader. This role sits at the centre of partner engagement—connecting Partners, Partner Account Managers (PAMs), and Client Managers to ensure leads are actioned, opportunities progress, and communication flows smoothly.

Location: North Sydney, long‑term hybrid role (office collaboration and work‑from‑home flexibility).

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Qualification: Follow up on inbound and outbound leads, assess fit, and progress opportunities.
- Lead Identification: Proactively uncover recent business opportunities within assigned partner segments.
- Outbound Calling: Engage partners and prospects through structured call campaigns.
- Quoting Support: Assist partners with pricing, quoting, and basic product guidance.
- Partner Coordination:



Act as a conduit between Partners, PAMs, and Client Managers to ensure smooth communication and timely follow‑up.
- Pipeline Tracking: Maintain accurate records of lead status, partner interactions, and opportunity progression.

Key Skills

- Strong phone‑based communication skills
- Confidence in outbound calling and lead generation
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- High attention to detail and follow‑through
- A proactive, commercially minded approach
- Experience in a partner‑driven or sales support environment (preferred)
