We are seeking an experienced Industrial Relations Lawyer to join a leading organisation undergoing a significant regulatory and operational transformation for a period of 6 months with potential to extend a further 6 months.

This opportunity is embedded within a specialist team and you will provide practical support as new legislative and regulatory requirements are implemented.

This is a excellent opportunity for a lawyer who enjoys working across legal and strategic advisory.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide expert advice on legislative interpretation, regulatory requirements and support the development and implementation of frameworks.
- Support operational teams with complex eligibility, liability and decision making processes.
- Assist in the preparation and management of tribunal and commission proceedings.
- Partner with internal stakeholders including legal,



policy and broader business units to ensure compliant outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, frameworks and guidance materials.

Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will have:

- Senior Associate or Special Counsel level with a strong ER & IR or Workers Compensation background.
- Strong statutory interpretation and legal advisory experience.
- Experience working within complex regulatory environments.
