This hands on role will see you positively contribute to the daily production requirements of the Branch by manufacturing and assembling Bradnam’s products. Become a part of our Window, Door or Robe lines, or part of the Despatch area and join a great team. Process work can be very diverse and easily allows for cross training and upskilling opportunities.
Process Workers will undertake a variety of duties, including but not limited to:
- Picking and prepping metal
- Using hand and power tools
- Working across different lines in the factory, whilst maintaining a commitment to producing high quality product
- Handle product in line with approved manual handling techniques and requirements, including some heavy lifting requirements
- Demonstrate and uphold a commitment to safe work practices and comply with all site requirements regarding mandatory PPE, sign in or other processes and procedures
Monday to Friday | 7:00am to 3:06pm | 38 Hours per week | Weekends Off | Paid Public Holidays

Skills & Experience
- A willingness to learn about our products and processes, and have good attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Experience with hand and power tools or be willing to learn
- Be punctual and reliable with good communication skills
- Previous workplace experience with Aluminium Fabrication is highly regarded, but not essential
- Approach every task positively while demonstrating a commitment to safe work practices
