About the Role

Primary Responsibilities of This Role Include
- Assessment of psychosocial factors contributing to persistent pain patients’ pain experience, and their suitability and readiness to participate in an intensive group program
- Provision of psycho-education to enable patients to improve self‑management and treatment of their pain
Candidates meeting the following mandatory criteria are encouraged to apply
- Registration with AHPRA as a psychologist/provisional psychologist
- Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication skills
- In the case of provisional psychologists, primary or secondary supervisor in place
Employment Type
This is a part time permanent chance 24.00 hours per week.
