FIFO from Queensland | 14/7 Roster | Full-Time

Do you thrive on creating unforgettable experiences and promoting health, fitness, and wellbeing? Sodexo is seeking a passionate Health and Lifestyle Coordinator to bring life and energy to one of our vibrant village sites in Queensland.

Duties include:

- Lead and Deliver Events: Plan and execute wellness, fitness, and social events from start to finish – from gym classes to site-wide celebrations like RUOK and Movember.

- Own the THRIVE Program: Champion Sodexo’s Health and Wellness THRIVE initiative , creating engaging activities and timetables that uplift and unite village residents.

- Facility Management: Keep our Health & Wellness hub clean, safe, and stocked, ensuring gym and sporting facilities are always ready to go.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external providers to deliver a premium village experience.

- Be the Go-To Person: Run daily events, challenges, entertainment, and community-building initiatives with professionalism and enthusiasm.

- Support Broader Site Goals: From helping with hydration runs and truck days to safety briefings and warm-ups – you’re a key part of our team.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience in event coordination, recreation, or wellness program delivery





- Confident in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced FIFO setting

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong administration and reporting capability

- A passion for fitness, wellbeing, and creating positive communities

- Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness and relevant Events Management experience
