Your new role
This position will suit a driven Accounts Receivable professional who enjoys ownership of the end-to-end AR function and thrives in a structured, process-driven environment. You will be responsible for ensuring customer payments are captured, allocated and followed up accurately, while working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
Key duties include:
- End-to-end management of customer receivables
- Daily banking and accurate cash allocation
- Preparing and issuing customer statements and reminders
- Proactive follow-up of outstanding and overdue accounts
- Reconciliation of the accounts receivable ledger
- Maintaining accurate customer and transaction records
- Assisting with month-end and year-end reporting activities
- Working with internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues
- Providing documentation to support audits and compliance
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar role
- Sound understanding of accounting standards and controls
- Experience using ERP systems
- Strong problem-solving and reconciliation skills
- Confident communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- A professional approach to confidentiality and data integrity
