Business Analyst Location: Wollongong

This role will be supporting key work relating to internal process improvement and system enhancement.
Your new role
As the Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in a major internal project focused on improving the management of current processes. You will assess current practices, define future-state processes, and help determine whether an existing platform can be configured to meet requirements.
You will join a supportive team and contribute to work that directly improves organisational standards and internal governance.
You will be responsible for:
- Mapping As-Is and To-Be business processes
- Capturing and documenting business requirements
- Assessing whether the existing system is fit for purpose
- Identifying gaps and recommending solutions
- Leading or contributing to stakeholder engagement
- Preparing clear project documentation
- Understanding system configuration needs and limitations
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong business process mapping and requirements gathering capability
- Experience assessing system suitability and configuration needs
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to deliver high-quality documentation
