The Opportunity

Join our Remanufacturing workshop at Komatsu in Welshpool on a 7:7 day shift roster.

You'll lead a skilled team and oversee a diverse range of work, including strip and rebuild projects. In this role, you'll plan and coordinate technician workloads, provide day-to-day support, and play a key role in developing the team's skills and capabilities.

This is a permanent full-time position with Komatsu.

Annual Potential Earnings: $166,085.00

Role Located: Welshpool, WA

What we are looking for:

- Proven Leadership experience

- Cert III Heavy Diesel Technician or equivalent

- Proven experience working with heavy mobile plant

- Prior experience with remanufacturing components

- Commitment to safety for yourself and others
