A well-established global healthcare technology organisation is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Field Service Electrician to join its growing service team looking after the South Australian Territory, based in Adelaide. This is an excellent prospect for a technically minded electrician who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and building strong customer relationships in a hands‑on field‑based role.

The successful candidate will support critical healthcare equipment across customer sites, ensuring systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Service Team, your responsibilities will include:

- Carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance on specialist healthcare equipment
- Supporting installations, commissioning, and upgrades of capital equipment
- Diagnosing faults and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and control system issues
- Ensuring equipment is restored to full operational performance with minimal customer downtime
- Liaising with internal service coordination teams to prepare for customer site visits and service activities
- Maintaining strong customer relationships through professional communication and technical support

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- A Full Electrical licence




- A valid Australian Driver’s Licence
- An enthusiastic attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow
- Experience or exposure to control and automation systems
- Knowledge of process control, PLCs, motor control systems, and safety instrumentation
- Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving capabilities
- Excellent mechanical aptitude and technical troubleshooting skills
- A customer‑focused mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills
