Lumia Care is urgently seeking experienced and passionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to support our expanding Hospital in the Home (HITH) services across the Adelaide Metro areas! This is an exciting opportunity for nurses with recent acute care experience who are looking for adaptable community-based work while continuing to utilise and develop advanced clinical skills.

With increasing demand across our HITH programs and community services, we are looking to build a strong team of nurses who can provide exceptional care to clients in their homes.

As a Community Registered Nurse , you will deliver high-quality clinical care across HITH, NDIS, aged care, and brokerage-funded services. You will work independently in the community while being supported by a dedicated clinical leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver Hospital in the Home (HITH) nursing services
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop care plans
- Perform advanced wound care management
- Catheter care and management
- Cannulation and venepuncture
- PICC line care and management
- Medication administration and monitoring
- Provide clinical education and support to clients and families
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve positive client outcomes
