Wilmar Sugar Australia is seeking a Senior Customer Service Officer to be the main contact between Wilmar AgServices, customers, suppliers, and resellers. You will manage product enquiries, quotations, orders and delivery scheduling, working closely with Sales Agronomists, logistics providers, and operations to ensure smooth daily operations and positive customer outcomes.
This role supports stockfeed enquiries, contractor coordination and customer account management, contributing to a
