We're seeking an experienced Boilermaker / Fabricators to join a busy workshop delivering high-quality fabrication projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys challenging work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and wants to be involved in building specialised equipment rather than repetitive production-line work.

Working within a contemporary, well-equipped facility, you'll be involved in the fabrication and modification equipment used across transport, mining, construction, and heavy industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Fabricate and assemble industrial equipment
- Interpret engineering drawings and workshop specifications
- Perform high-quality MIG and TIG welding
- Carry out structural fabrication, fitting, and assembly work
- Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Work independently while contributing to team production targets
- Maintain a strong focus on accuracy, workmanship, and workshop safety

Skills & Experience

- Trade qualification as a Boilermaker, Fabricator, or Metal Fabricator
- Proven experience in heavy fabrication, structural steel, transport equipment, or tanker manufacturing
- Strong welding and fabrication skills
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Strong problem-solving ability and mechanical aptitude
- Full Australian working rights
- Ability to provide two recent work references
