We are seeking a talented and experienced Qualified Electrician ( 4th Year Apprentices are encouraged to apply.) to join our team at RCBO Electrical in Glenorchy, TAS 7010 . This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work and takes pride in delivering high-quality electrical solutions and outstanding customer service. You'll work across a diverse range of residential and commercial projects, including general electrical installations and maintenance, switchboard upgrades, smoke alarm compliance, heat pump installations and servicing, fault finding, and emergency call-outs.
What you'll be doing
- Performing a wide range of electrical installation, maintenance and repair work for residential & commercial clients.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving electrical issues
- Ensuring all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and other tradespeople as required
What we're looking for
- Fully qualified and licensed electrician
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of electrical theory, systems and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills & Fault Finding skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- A valid driver's licence
- Certificate II in Refrigeration is ideal but not a necessary requirement
- Current White Card (General Construction Induction Card)
