Tonkin Steel, a Tonkin Steel business under InfraBuild, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a Cairns-based team on a 7am–3pm day shift. You will drive safety, quality and efficiency on the factory floor, coach operators and coordinate daily production to meet customer demand and on-time delivery.
You will champion continuous improvement with 5S and process optimisation, manage breakdowns and coordinate contractors to sustain production continuity.
