Role Description

This full-time, in office Business Development Manager role is based in the Greater Adelaide Area with potential opportunities in Alice Springs. The position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, expanding relationships with existing clients, and promoting converged security solutions across corporate, enterprise, and government sectors. Day-to-day tasks include generating and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and tenders,



and collaborating with technical and project teams to design tailored solutions. The role also involves managing the sales pipeline, achieving revenue and growth targets, participating in industry events, and providing market feedback to support strategic planning and product development.

Qualifications

- Business development and sales skills, including opportunity identification, pipeline management, and account growth.
- Client relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Understanding of security risk management, physical security systems, and/or cybersecurity concepts (experience in converged security is advantageous).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate with technical, operational, and leadership teams to develop and deliver integrated solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously while managing multiple priorities.
- Experience in B2B or government-focused environments within security, technology, or related industries is highly beneficial.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within South Australia and occasionally interstate.
