What You Will Do

- Conduct comprehensive physical and mental health assessments for service users and make appropriate referrals.
- Safely manage detoxification processes for alcohol and opioid service users.
- Provide health education, blood-borne virus screening, and administer vaccinations as required.
- Facilitate community-based alcohol and opioid detoxification programmes and deliver wound care.
- Deliver psychosocial interventions to promote engagement and support structured recovery planning.
- Maintain effective communication with service users and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure cohesive and high-quality care delivery.
