What You’ll Do

- Deliver an exceptional, friendly, and genuine customer experience – every time.
- Engage with customers from first contact to handover – building relationships that last.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales, finance, and accessory targets.
- Confidently present the Ford range,



highlight key features, and arrange test drives.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups using dealership systems.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, finance, and service teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Represent the Hidden Valley Ford brand with pride at every interaction.

What You’ll Bring

- At least 1 years proven sales experience (automotive preferred, but not essential).
- A genuine passion for people, cars, and creating great experiences.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Driven attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Current NT driver’s license.
