Your day-to-day will include:

- Managing a local portfolio with strong processes and support
- Building and maintaining positive landlord and tenant relationships
- Coordinating maintenance and ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Staying organised and detail-focused across your portfolio




- Working alongside a supportive Head of Department and leadership team

What we’re looking for:

- Current Certificate of Registration (essential)
- Previous Property Management experience
- Current Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Highly organised with great time management skills
- Skilled presentation and a confident telephone manner
- A genuine commitment to delivering a high level of service
