Cowboys Leagues Club is seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused team players to join us today in rewarding and exciting roles across our venue. Whether you’re experienced on the beer taps, a retail superstar or just keen to be in customer service, we’d love to hear from you!

- Bar Attendants:

Join our team in our Sports bar, gaming area or Star Graze area ensuring friendly and efficient service, teamwork and a comfortable & clean environment for guests and members.

- Gaming Attendants:

Creating a comfortable and welcoming experience to members and guests in our gaming lounges.

- Merchandise Assistants:

Greet Supporters and Fans and share products &upcoming; promotions at the Official Cowboys Merchandise store – The Team Shop.

- Kids Room Attendants:

Our Little Legends are the heart of our club; this role focuses on ensuring their safety as well as creating a fun and enjoyable environment.

(Working with Children - QLD Blue Card Required)

What you'll be doing

- Providing excellent customer service at every interaction
- Handling cash and operating point-of-sale systems in the gaming, bar, and/or dining areas




- Ensuring compliance with liquor licensing and other relevant regulations
- Actively engaging as a positive and collaborative team member
- Presenting highest level of quality for products, services and solutions for all our members and guests

What we're looking for

- A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for our patrons
- Experience is not required. Bring a can‑do attitude and a willingness to learn, we can teach you the skills you require to be successful
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide friendly and effective service
- Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings/nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Must hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and/or Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) certificate

(or the ability to obtain upon successful interview stage)

- A current Food Handlers Certificate

(or the ability to obtain upon successful interview stage)

- Commitment to obtaining a National Criminal History Check

(upon successful interview stage)
