Hamilton Island is seeking a skilled Demi Chef to join the Catseye Pool Club kitchen, a premium seafood-focused venue within our Sundays boutique hotel project. You will work under renowned chefs and contribute to sustainable, exceptional dining experiences in a tropical island setting.
As a Demi Chef, you’ll support daily kitchen operations, refine seafood preparation skills, and rotate through grill, larder, and fish prep stations while upholding food safety and quality standards.
