The Aboriginal Legal Service WA is seeking a full-time Youth Diversion Officer to assist young Aboriginal clients in Broome and Derby. The role involves case management, mentoring, and court support to help young people comply with court orders.

This fixed-term position runs until June 2027 and promotes culturally competent support.

Ideal candidates will possess robust communication skills, an understanding of Aboriginal culture, and relevant qualifications. The position also comes with attractive benefits, including five weeks of annual leave and access to additional paid leave.
