- Solid knowledge of AV systems, meeting room technologies, and video conferencing solutions.
- Experience supporting Microsoft collaboration tools and meeting room environments.
- Basic networking knowledge (LAN, cabling, connectivity troubleshooting).
- Exposure to EUC support, device management, and onsite IT operations.
- Ability to support non-Windows and non-Microsoft devices for basic connectivity and troubleshooting.
Other Responsibilities
- Manage and lay electrical and sound cabling for events.
- Understand event layouts and venue acoustics to optimize placement.
- Provide real-time technical support for presenters and users.
- Monitor system performance and makeFB quick adjustments to ensure smooth transitions.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues rapidly (e.g., feedback, connection drops).
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on equipment.
- Manage inventory of portable AV assets.
