Your opportunity
As a Home Service Team Member, you are the eyes, ears, and heart of our community. You'll play a vital role in supporting older Australians to live independently in the comfort of their own homes, while maintaining their dignity, choice, and lifestyle.

You’ll make an impact by
- Providing personalised 1:1 support, from household tasks and meal preparation to simply being a friendly companion
- Supporting community connection by assisting with transportation to medical appointments and social events
- Ensuring dignity and safety through empathetic assistance with personal care and medication reminders
- Acting as a trusted observer, documenting changes in client wellbeing to ensure they always have the support they need to thrive at home
What you’ll bring
To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following qualifications:
- Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or equivalent
- First Aid, CPR and Manual Handling certifications
- Australian driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
- National Police Check

- A natural ability to connect with warmth and patience, building trust and rapport with people from all walks of life
- A heart for advocacy, with the confidence to speak up for your clients and share your ideas for how we can provide even better care
- A reliable and proactive mindset, balancing practical safety standards with the emotional heart of person-centred care
- Flexibility and adaptability, maintaining composure while supporting clients through the challenges of aging
