Casual Register

Flinders University has a range of casual job opportunities available for current students across its various campuses, including:

- Bedford Park
- Flinders City Campus
- Tonsley
- Flinders in the Northern Territory

The University operates year‐round and requires casual employees to support events, projects, and the general day‐to‐day operations of the University. We value our students and are committed to offering opportunities that help them develop their skills, expand their capabilities, and foster meaningful relationships.

Eligibility

Only students currently enrolled at Flinders University are eligible to apply for this register.

How the Casual Register Works





Flinders University has a number of Casual Registers as a means of expressions of interest for the purpose of casual work, should such opportunities arise. We welcome registrations of interest from current students wishing to join our team on a casual or short‐term basis.

If a casual chance is available and your application is considered suitable, the relevant hiring manager will contact you for a further discussion. Applying to the Casual Register does not guarantee employment.

Prescribed Conditions for Employment

- You may be required to provide a valid Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check which is satisfactory to the University.
- You may be required to provide a current Working With Children Check which is satisfactory to the University in accordance with the Child Safety (Prohibited Persons) Act 2016 (SA).
