Kaisercraft is looking for a team of enthusiastic and self-motivated Retail Sales Assistants to work at our new store coming to Elizabeth!
Please note this role will be offered on a casual basis, and the store will operate as a temporary site.

The Opportunity
As a casual Retail Sales Assistant, you will play an important part in ensuring all our customers receive the highest level of customer service and you will have a large focus on keeping the store well presented to showcase our beautiful product range.
Outside of customer service your other duties and responsibilities may include;
- Opening and closing of the store
- Assisting with day-to-day store operations
- Demonstrating strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
- Unpacking deliveries and replenishing the shelves
- Assist in the implementation of promotional & visual merchandising initiatives
- Maintaining the store’s appearance and organization to a high standard
About You:
- Experience in a customer facing role
- The ability to create a memorable experience and understand our customer needs
- A motivated individual with a passion to sell our products
- Reliable, high attention to detail and good communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously, problem solve and take initiative
- Flexibility across the 7 days of the week including late nights and weekends
- Be happy to work on average 2-3 shifts a week which will vary from 3-5 hours long. There will also be the opportunity to pick up additional hours from time to time.
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite and a POS System
