The Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic Front of House All-Rounder who enjoys working in a bustling environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.

Every shift is different. You'll be welcoming guests, providing attentive table service, preparing beverages, supporting your teammates and helping create the energetic atmosphere Enoteca is known for.

This role suits someone who enjoys customer interactions, works well under pressure and wants to continue building a career in hospitality.

Your Responsibilities

- Deliver warm, professional and attentive table service
- Build genuine connections with guests and create memorable experiences
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (RSA essential)
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using our POS system
- Assist with opening and closing procedures




- Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation throughout the venue
- Work closely with the kitchen and front of house team to ensure seamless service
- Contribute to a positive, energetic team culture every shift

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in a busy restaurant, bar or hospitality venue
- Current RSA Certificate (essential)
- Fluent English with excellent communication skills
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Calm under pressure with excellent time management
- Reliable, punctual and well presented
- Available to work evenings and weekends
- A willingness to learn and grow within the business
